The Worklytics Employee Experience Rating is designed to give an indication of what it is like to work at various levels within your organization. The key goal of this is to help leaders quickly identify potential problem areas as well as learn from teams and other groups that have great experiences.
The Experience Rating can be tuned to predict either Stay Probability or Engagement Scores. Speak to your admin to find out how your score is currently tuned.
Stay Probability
Experience Ratings of this kind are designed to help organizations identify factors either driving employee attrition or which are helping to maintain key employees. In this case the Experience Score is the likelihood that, based on current factors identified, the average person in the organization is expected to still be working there in 6 months time.
A rating of ‘90’ indicates that there is a 90% probability that the average employee will still be working in your organization in 6 months time. If a department has a rating of 75, this indicates that there is only a 75% probability that all its members will still be there in 6 months time. This likely indicates that there may be factors driving additional attrition within the department.
High Engagement Probability
Experience Ratings of this kind are designed to help identify factors that are driving either higher or lower employee engagement survey scores. In this case the Experience Rating is the likelihood that, based on the current factors identified, the average person is likely to have a high engagement score in the next engagement survey.
A rating of ‘90’ indicates that there is a 90% probability that the average employee will have a high engagement score in the next survey. If a department has a rating of 50, this indicates that there is only a 50% probability that all its members will have a high engagement score. This likely indicates that there may be factors driving lower engagement within the department.
