Worklytics’ algorithms are designed to identify factors either positively or negatively impacting employee experience. This includes things such as employee lifecycle, promotions, work process, collaboration, management practices, inclusion and more. Factors are derived by analyzing data from various sources. For each factor we provide an Experience Impact. This is an estimate of whether we believe a factor either positively or negatively impacts experience and by how much, based on what we’ve learned from past outcomes.
Clicking on the factor will also reveal additional detail including recommended actions leaders can take to influence the factors, links to additional material and the ability to click into a detailed view to learn more about trends and other insights in the underlying data on the factor.
