Placeholder Tokens allow you to automatically customize the wording of questions to fit the perspective of the person performing a review.

Here is an example

Please rate the evaluee's communication skills.

Can be replaced with:

Please rate {possessive_noun} communication skills.

Which will result in a variation of the following

Please rate Erik's communication skills.

Please rate your communication skills
