This is a comprehensive list of the metrics we track in the Worklytics Meeting Effectiveness report. Note that your organization may not have all of these metrics activated. Please contact your administrator if you believe you don't have a specific metric.
Time Spent in Meetings
Percent of an 8 hour day that the typical team member spends in meetings.
Example: if your team spends '4 hours' in meetings this value will be '50%'
Impact of Meetings on Focus
This metric is designed to measure how much time people have to concentrate and get work done outside of meetings. Research shows that knowledge workers need periods of up to two hours of uninterrupted time to focus and problem solve. This metrics calculates how much time the average team member has in periods of at least two hours of uninterrupted time.

Quality of Meetings
This is a proxy metric for how focused meetings are. We look at what percent of peoples time in meetings is spent doing other things such as sending email or chatting to other people.
Example: A quality rating of 85% means that on average people spend 15% of their time doing other things in meetings
Time Spent in Meetings by Group Relation
This is a breakdown of who your team typically spends time meeting with. Meetings are broken into three categories:
Within Group: Meetings with other people in the same group whose report you are currently viewing
Other Groups: Meetings with other groups, outside of the current group, but within the organization
External Orgs: Meetings with other organizations.
Time Spent in Meetings by Other Group
This is a breakdown of the top 5 groups inside the company that the relevant group most meets with.
Meetings with External Organizations by Domain
This is a breakdown of the top 5 external organizations the current groups most meets with.
People Invited per Meeting
This is the average size of meetings created by the current group. It only includes meetings actually created by the current group and excludes those that are merely attended.
Meeting Length
This is the average length of meetings created by the current group. It only includes meetings actually created by the current group and excludes those that are merely attended.
Meetings per Day
This metric is intended to give the user a sense of how many meetings the typical person in this group has on a daily basis.
Estimate Meeting Cost
This is an estimate of the total value of employee time this groups spends in meetings. By default is assumes the average employees time is worth $30 / hour and multiplies this by the number of hours in meetings. This is then projected out for the next 12 months to give a sense of the estimate yearly investment the group makes in meetings.
